Richard Ward
Managing Director
Richard’s experience at Exec Director levels extends across numerous sectors. From recruitment to land acquisition and development, Richard has presided over numerous complex and strategic deals.
He has 13 years’ experience in land acquisition and development, working on an array of different schemes across the breadth of England and Wales.
Adrian Marshman
Operations Director
Adrian has nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, qualifying as a QS and continuing into leadership roles which has now seen him operate in senior positions for nearly 20 years.
He is responsible for the delivery of the business; from strategic land identification through to driving the planning process and finally building out and selling. He prides himself on delivering quality within budget.
Rakesh Kirpalani
Finance Director
Rakesh is a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director who presides over several business including this. He is responsible for the finance metrics sought and used to develop our acquired sites.
