A glimpse at some of our recent successes
Belmont Apartment, Salford.
Following a land purchase, we built 16 stunning apartments in a busy and vibrant area. With few complications and high spec finishes, all apartments were retained as long-term investments and let immediately.
Chappel St, Salford.
Following purchase of the old block of flats, we set about the design of 6 luxury apartments and a small 2 storey retail unit. The apartments averaged 950 sq ft in size and were retained and let as part of a long-term investment. The retail spaces were completed and let on long term leases to complimentary retail businesses.
Garrack Hotel, St Ives.
The existing hotel dates back to the early 1900’s and has since had various additions on and around the site. We began the difficult task of steering the site through the planning process. Stripping back the site to the original hotel and converting into apartments overlooking the stunning seaside town of St Ives, we also added some new build, locally tasteful apartments. The site is now in the pre-construction process after successfully obtaining full planning approval.
Emlyn Street, Salford.
5 New build houses built in a vibrant area with good access into central Manchester. These were all retained and let as part of a long-term investment.
