Richard\u2019s experience\u00a0at Exec Director levels extends across numerous sectors. From\u00a0recruitment to\u00a0land acquisition and development, Richard has presided over numerous\u00a0complex and strategic deals.\u00a0<\/p>

He has 13\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0in land acquisition and development, working on\u00a0an array of different\u00a0schemes across the breadth of England and Wales.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/div>

      Adrian has\u00a0nearly 30\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0in the construction industry, qualifying as a QS and continuing into leadership roles which has now seen him operate in senior positions for nearly 20 years.\u00a0<\/p>

      He is responsible for\u00a0the delivery of the business; from strategic land identification through to driving the planning process and finally building out and selling.\u00a0He prides himself on delivering quality within budget.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>
